We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at Senayan Golf Club in Central Jakarta. As a contract role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality training programs to our employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, developing, and implementing training programs that address the specific needs of our various departments
- Coordinating with subject matter experts and external trainers to deliver engaging and informative training sessions
- Maintaining training records, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making improvements as needed
- Providing support and guidance to employees during the training process
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure training aligns with the company’s overall learning and development strategy
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the hospitality or sports and recreation industry
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and a variety of training delivery methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create and maintain training materials and resources
