⛳ Responsibilities:
– Project Operations Management: Responsible for the overall operation and management of the golf course, developing operational plans, ensuring efficient operation and excellent service experience.
– Investment and Business Development: Lead the investment attraction efforts, expand partnerships, introduce high-end brands, events, and sponsorships, and enhance the golf course’s profitability.
– Marketing and Brand Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and brand promotion strategies to attract high-end clientele and increase the golf course’s market influence and member loyalty.
– Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop VIP clients and membership systems, provide high-quality customer service, and enhance member satisfaction.
– Team Management: Build and manage a professional operations team, optimize organizational structure, and improve team execution and service levels.
– Cost and Profit Management: Control operating costs, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the golf course’s profitability and sustainable development.
– Event and Tournament Planning: Plan and execute high-end tournaments, corporate invitation events, and social activities to increase the golf course’s market appeal.
⛳ Job Requirements:
– Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in golf course operations management, with previous experience in a senior management role within the golf industry.
– Business Development: Strong experience in investment attraction and business development, with the ability to bring in high-end brand collaborations and expand high-net-worth client resources.
– Market Awareness: Familiar with the high-end consumer market and golf industry trends, capable of formulating operational strategies that align with market demand.
– Results-Oriented: Strong performance orientation, capable of meeting performance targets and driving profitability growth for the golf course.
⛳ Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in managing internationally recognized golf courses, resorts, or sports clubs is preferred.
– Experience in managing international golf tournaments or brand partnerships is preferred.
– Familiarity with high-end real estate or luxury goods industries and possessing relevant networks is preferred….
